How we deploy

Forward-deployed engineering

Our engineers work inside your firm, on your files, reviewed by your staff, until the system operates in your practice.

  • 6 weeks

    Scoped pilot, start to deployed

  • ~2 hrs

Per week from one person at your firm

  • Yours

You keep what we build. No subscription holds it

Why we deploy this way

Generic implementations

Generic implementations stall after evaluation because they were built to an average firm that doesn't exist.

Forward-deployed

Building against your actual process produces a system your firm actually uses, not one it evaluates and shelves. Components that generalize are maintained across the platform, which is how the product improves without becoming generic.

The engagement

  1. 01

    Week 1

    Assessment

Engineers sit with the people doing the work: where the hours go, what gets reworked, what waits on one person. The week ends with a written workflow map, one selected workflow, and one agreed measurable outcome.

  2. 02

    Weeks 2 to 5

    Build

Development on your real files, in your templates, integrated with your software. Your staff review output weekly and name what is wrong. Fixes land before the next review. That cycle is the method.

  3. 03

    Week 6

    Deployment and handover

Running in your practice, team trained, documentation delivered, and a plain report on whether the outcome was met.

What you receive, what we require

What you receive

Working software deployed in your firm, complete documentation, the week-one workflow map, and trained staff. Nothing is contingent on continued subscription.

What we require

A designated person who knows the workflow, about two hours a week. Access to representative files under your confidentiality terms. Candid weekly review: feedback too polite to be useful is how a pilot fails slowly, and we will tell you if that's what we're getting.

How we deploy

After the pilot

Most firms continue as design partners with an embedded engineer extending into adjacent workflows. Others take the delivered system and run it independently. Both are supported. Both keep what was built.
