Deal data deserves deal-grade care.
Numeri handles financial records that are under NDA and under LOI. Security is not a feature tier; it is the baseline for every engagement.
Data protection
- ·All engagement data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
- ·Engagement data is logically isolated per firm and per engagement.
- ·Client data is never used to train or fine-tune models, ours or any third party's.
- ·Data retention is configurable per engagement; deletion requests are honored promptly and completely.
Access control
- ·Role-based access separates analysts, reviewers, and partners within each engagement.
- ·Access to production systems is restricted, logged, and reviewed.
- ·Customer data is only accessed for support with your explicit permission.
Auditability
- ·Every upload, mapping decision, finding, and reviewer action is written to an immutable audit log.
- ·Every generated number carries source lineage: the file, sheet, and row range it was computed from.
- ·Arithmetic is deterministic. Language models draft rationale and narrative; they are never the source of a calculation.
Working with your obligations
- ·We operate under NDA with every firm before any engagement data is shared.
- ·Data processing agreements are available for all customers.
- ·Synthetic or anonymized data is used for demos and evaluation until consent and a DPA are in place.
- ·We are happy to complete your security questionnaire as part of any pilot.
